Agri-Bio Biosciences Research Facility

The Victorian Government, through the Department of Primary Industries (DPI), and La Trobe University (LTU) formed a joint venture for the construction of a world-class facility for agricultural biosciences research and development accommodating 450 scientists at Latrobe University Bundoora campus.

The facility contains a number of PC2 and PC3 laboratories, Greenhouses, animal house, office space, and education space.

LCI was involved in the preparation of the Functional and Technical Brief pertaining to the Building Services and the review of Proponent bids on behalf of the Victorian Government.
We remain involved with the project providing advice to the Victorian Government with respect to review of Building Services design from the successful Proponent.
