LCI Consultants Takes a Step Forward with its Endorsed Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Our commitment to a more inclusive and harmonious Australia took a monumental stride as our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) received formal endorsement from Reconciliation Australia.

Understanding and Recognising

As a company with a presence throughout Australia, LCI Consultants interacts with a diverse tapestry of communities, histories, and stories. A significant part of this rich tapestry is woven by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples – the original custodians of this great land. Understanding, respecting, and actively supporting the Indigenous communities is not only a corporate responsibility but also a moral one. The endorsement of our RAP is not an endpoint but a significant milestone in our continuous journey towards achieving reconciliation.

In 2022 LCI turned 15 years old.  In recognition of this milestone and as our RAP Working Group embarked on the journey of preparing our Reflect RAP, we enlisted the talents of Emma Stenhouse, a proud Ngarrindjeri woman, to create a unique masterpiece that embodies LCI’s journey thus far. We extend our deepest gratitude to Emma for giving life to this vivid artwork, that not only graces the walls of our offices but also ignites profound and impactful dialogues.
