LCI Welcomes New Managing Director Ross Doolan

We are excited to announce Ross Doolan as the new Managing Director of LCI, succeeding Yogi Raju who is transitioning into retirement. Yogi, whose humble beginnings in a Fijian farming family led him to the forefront of our industry, has been a cornerstone of LCI’s evolution. His vision for “One LCI” has nurtured a sense of unity and belonging within our team, fostering the “LCI family” spirit that defines our company culture. Ross Doolan is set to carry forward the legacy left by Yogi, whose leadership was crucial in embedding transparency, approachability, and diversity into the very fabric of LCI.

Ross steps into his role with a deep commitment to the values and vision that have been pivotal to our success. With over 25 years’ experience in the industry and a profound respect for the path laid by Yogi, Ross is set to lead LCI into the future while maintaining the essence of our identity. He recognises the importance of the “One LCI” philosophy and is dedicated to preserving and enriching this unique culture.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, Ross had already played a pivotal role in shaping LCI through his involvement at the highest levels of its governance as Board Director and Company Secretary. This role has allowed Ross to gain invaluable insights into the strategic and operational challenges of the business, equipping him with a unique perspective on how to guide LCI into its next chapter.

Ross looks forward to upholding the company’s commitment to excellence while exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation, ensuring that LCI remains at the forefront of engineering design services.
