Brisbane Girls Grammar School Junior School

Brisbane Girls Grammar School will be adding a Junior School (Year 5 & 6) to their existing campus ready for the 2026 school year. The school undertook feasibility study which included evaluation of several sites for the potential year 5 & 6 cohort. The former Queensland Country Women’s Association (QCWA) building site, located adjacent to the existing Spring Hill Campus on Gregory Terrace has been selected as the preferred option.

LCI are providing building services engineering for the refurbishment of the old QCWA building. The vision for the Junior School is to create a miniature school within the one building.
