LCI appoints Michel Martin, Ashish Kulkarni and David Mills to Leadership Roles

As LCI Consultants continues to grow and evolve, we are excited to announce key leadership appointments that will drive us toward our ambitious vision for the future. These new appointments represent an important milestone in our journey, strengthening our leadership team to better serve our clients and pursue new opportunities.

We are proud to welcome Michel Martin as Company Secretary and Head of Finance, alongside Ashish Kulkarni and David Mills as newly appointed Directors.

Michel Martin, who has been with LCI for the past five years, has played an instrumental role in steering our financial strategy and corporate governance. Recently promoted to Company Secretary and Head of Finance, her sharp analytical skills and proactive approach have not only solidified our financial foundation but also promoted greater collaboration across departments. Michel’s leadership is key in driving corporate governance improvements and positioning LCI for sustainable, long-term success.

With close to 15 years of experience, Ashish’s technical expertise and leadership have been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. As Director, Ashish will continue to elevate LCI’s technical capabilities and foster collaboration across teams, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of project excellence and client satisfaction.

Joining Ashish in the leadership team is David Mills, who has also been appointed as a Director. His leadership and expertise have been integral to LCI’s success in healthcare, and as Director, David will continue to guide our strategic direction in Queensland while strengthening our capabilities in delivering world-class healthcare facilities.
