Huntingwood Data Centre

LCI served as the principal consultant for the development of a proposed 39,267 m² state-of-the-art data centre in Huntingwood, Sydney. This five-storey facility, with a capacity of 96 MW, integrates data halls, technical office spaces, and supporting infrastructure.

The project highlights a commitment to environmental stewardship, with preservation and management efforts focused on the remnant Cumberland Plain Woodland along the western and southern edges of the site. This ecological dedication is balanced with mission-critical security features, including 24/7/365 secured access, extensive perimeter fencing, and monitored entry and exit points for both vehicles and pedestrians.
