Coca Cola Amatil (CCA) is one of the largest bottlers of non-alcoholic, ready to drink beverages in Asia-Pacific and one of the world’s five major Coca Cola bottlers. CCA is headquartered out of North Sydney at 40 Mount Street, where they occupied six floors and resigned their lease to stay. CCA aimed to consolidate down to five floors by the end of 2018 via a new Activity Based Working arrangement and surrender one of their existing floors back to the landlord.
