The proposed 40 storey building boasts a ground-breaking timber design, with a glass and steel façade. The mix of outdoor and indoor spaces will use an energy-efficient approach featuring natural ventilation with large planted terraces giving access to nature.

The building will be Atlassian’s Sydney headquarters, house thousands of technology workers, and is set for completion in 2025. The project will pursue exceptional sustainability aspirations through innovation climate concepts, construction, and building operations.

LCI is leading the Mechanical Engineering, Level 3 ASP, ESD, Vertical Transport, Specialist Lighting Design, and BIM Management. We are also peer reviewing the Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Fire Services, Acoustic Engineering, Security Engineering, ICT/AV Design.

The ESD scope involves 6 Star Green Star, LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, 6 Star NABERS Energy, JV2, Natural Ventilation, CFD comfort modelling, daylight modelling, and Embodied Carbon LCA modelling.
