Parramatta Square Precinct

The $2.7 billion Parramatta Square redevelopment is one of the largest urban renewal projects in Australia. It will provide residential accommodation, hotels, retail and commercial spaces in a new public domain with both mixed use and council facilities. The Precinct is expected to accommodate 23,000 workers and 10,000 university students.

The public domain will be an interactive public space which will include extensive water features, public seating, provisions for public entertainment, facilities for market stalls, a digital strip and public WIFI. The public domain will be targeting a Green Star Communities Rating.
