Expansion of existing facility to meet the immediate requirements for health services with minimum downtime. Minimum infrastructure augmentation to maintain low energy impact to utility services.

The existing infrastructure was operating near its capacity during peak periods before the expansion. Design response includes low energy solution incorporating an integrated space specific environmental control system for heating, cooling, ventilation, and lighting.
