Phil is the structural engineering founding director at LCI with over 25 years of experience. Phil has delivered several major projects in Australia and extremely hands-on. His expertise, especially in Health, Data Centre and Education sectors, has contributed to numerous successful project completions. He has an extensive understanding of commercial construction techniques and is familiar with various project delivery models, including Design & Construct, Novated D&C, ECI, Managing Contractor, Traditional Lump Sum, PPP and Construct Only. Phil can quickly identify key challenges, priorities and risks to a project, enabling him to devise strategies for the implementation of well-considered solutions to complex issues. He enjoys solving challenges with simple, buildable, and cost-effective solutions that respect aesthetic and planning requirements.
