BVN Studio Fitout

Located at The Annex in Brisbane’s CBD, BVN’s new future-proof workplace maximises the connection with the outdoors with a breathing façade that promotes a genuine connection with the outdoors, with tangible wellbeing benefits.

Through the use of digital building modelling and natural ventilation simulations, LCI’s building services engineers were able to recommend alternative design solutions to improve user comfort levels of a naturally ventilated breakout/meeting space, enabling an area of the fitout to leverage Brisbane’s subtropical climate.

We also assisted the studio in achieving a 4-star embodied carbon performance rating which compliments BVN’s vision to becoming climate positive and accelerating net-zero.
