Coffs Harbour Cultural & Civic Space

The Cultural & Civic Space Coffs Harbour is an innovative community-focused project, set to become a dynamic centre for the city of Coffs Harbour. The precinct includes a regional gallery, central library, regional museum, multi-purpose meeting rooms, co-working spaces, shop, café, function space, customer services area, council staff accommodation, car parking and Council chambers. The building itself, designed by architects BVN, is iconic and inspirational, while simultaneously welcoming and accommodating.

LCI’s building services involvement with the project focused on flexibility, functionality and sustainability, achieving high environmental performance to align with Councils’ sustainability policy towards zero carbon and sustainable water buildings.
