The Food Innovation Precinct Western Australia showcases leading technology and food science initiatives for the Peel region.
This new facility comprises of three buildings and external parking areas. The buildings include commercial innovation, educational research and goods production, alongside separate departments in food science, marketing and research and development operations.
LCI were engaged to deliver:
- Mechanical services incorporating air conditioning, ventilation and specialist exhaust systems for fume cupboards
- Sitewide electrical infrastructure and electrical building services including specialist lighting and electronic security
- Sitewide hydraulics and fire protection services incorporating hot and cold water systems, gas reticulation, trade waste, sanitary drainage and fire hydrant systems
