Melbourne Quarter Tower

The Melbourne Quarter Tower will be the most prominent tower on the Melbourne Quarter site. The tower will accommodate nearly 70,000m2 of PCA Premium Grade commercial office space, 3,500m2 of podium retail space, and 2,000m2 of below grade carparking over two levels. The building will seek to achieve a PCA A Grade to 2019 Standards with Premium Grade Services. The Building has sustainability targets of 5.5 Star NABERS energy and 6 Star Green Star.

One of the prime design features of Melbourne Quarter Tower is a sky function space with expansive views across Melbourne. LCI’s creative services design enabled the architects to realise their vision of a curvilinear roof form as a bold statement redefining the Melbourne skyline.
