Minter Ellison Office Fitout

LCI provided the consultancy services for the design and construction of the Minter Ellison office fitout at 77 St Georges Terrace, Allendale Square. The existing multi-floor fitout has been refurbished to include new conference room facilities and an additional floor was added to expand the offices including a breakout area, collaboration and business support centre.

Our team has delivered the design documentation for the electrical and hydraulic services. The electrical design covered feature lighting, video conference lighting, integration with AV, power distribution and structured cabling. The hydraulic services included waste water, condensate discharge, and cold & hot water reticulation to base building guidelines.
