Sienna Grange Residential Aged Care Facility

Sienna Grange is a Residential Aged Care Facility located in Port Macquarie, NSW. The Client, Australian Unity Retirements Living (AURL) own and manage a number of villages, aged care facilities, and home care facilities nationwide, with their vision to become Australia’s leading operator of retirement living services.

The projects consisted of the following;

• 68 bed Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF), Day Respite Centre, Seniors Rehabilitation Gym, Homecare Services and Associated Services and Amenities
• Existing Community Centre Integration and New Entry Statement and Road; and
• Interface with Existing Retirement Community.

LCI was engaged to provide Building Services as well as Fire Engineering and ESD Services for Schematic Design through to Contact Administration and Defects Liability for the proposed development.
