Wynyard Place comprises a new 58,000 m2 premium grade commercial office building plus 8,000m2 of retail refurbishment of 285 George Street heritage building. LCI is representing Brookfield Office Properties (Brookfield) and providing an overview to verify compliance with the Project Brief. It is being delivered to achieve 5 Star Green Star, 5 Star NABERS Energy and 4 Star NABERS Water.
