John Holland Group were committed to delivering a “SMART” building at 45-61 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, incorporating a range of technological advanced systems and tools. This will make the building and the precinct in which it is located a more comfortable and productive environment for occupants and more operationally efficient for its owners for its lifecycle.
LCI Consultants designed all of the building services, ESD and Fire Safety Engineering aspects for Stage 1 of this precinct development. Stage 1 consists of 35,000m2 of commercial office space targeting 5 Star NABERS Energy, 4 Star NABERS Water, and 5 Star Green Star, complete with 2 level of underground carparking, ground floor retail and entrance lobby.
The Smart strategies LCI provided for the building are integrated into almost every facet and disciplines of the building.
