Sydney Water sets a new standard in sustainability with its 5 Star Green Star office in Parramatta. As the sole tenant of this 23-storey building, they utilise a blackwater treatment plant and a 100% fresh air system to significantly reduce water and energy usage. LCI, in collaboration with GroupGSA, ensures that all design elements meet the highest sustainability standards.
